Our Approach
We will quickly establish for no fee whether your surgery has a realistic expectation of establishing a profitable pharmacy. If it does we will partner with you to manage the set up and then the ongoing running of the pharmacy. Establishing a pharmacy requires experience.
Please feel free to contact us for advice on any related pharmacy matters.
Licensing alternatives: Consortium / One-stop shop licence
- New licence: 40 hour or 100 hour. Assessment of likely outcome and costing implications.
- Consortium / One stop shop licence. Proposed surgery redevelopments can offer an excellent opportunity for evaluating such a licence. Requires strict pre conditions to be met.
- Existing licence acquisition. You will need to determine whether relocation is viable as well as valuation and negotiation.

Stress testing the business plan and financial model
We will help you through these issues. Our pharmacies have an 87% 'very good or excellent' rating from our patients (CFEP UK Survey).
We know simple co-location is not in itself enough to provide the very best services or to optimise profitability. This requires the expertise of a partner who is with you for the long term. We do not take a fee for our services, instead we co-invest.
Our structure is flexible and allows individual GPs to invest or not as they wish. For those who invest, it creates a realisable asset.
